At Ganeos, people with very different strengths and expertise contribute their skills - in the office, on the track, in the workshop or in dispatching. Together, they keep the business running - committed, responsible and with a real passion for what they do.

Our corporate culture is based on trust, openness and appreciation. We communicate on an equal footing and focus on cooperation that connects people. Respect, collegiality and team spirit characterise our everyday life and create an environment in which everyone can contribute and develop. Equality and diversity are a matter of course for us.

Values that drive us

Our corporate values are the foundation on which we stand. They create a culture of trust and reliability, characterise respectful cooperation and strengthen team spirit. This creates collaboration at eye level and genuine partnerships - both internally and externally.

They are also our clear promise: to act responsibly, transparently and fairly - and thus to fulfil the high demands of a secure and efficient energy transport at all times. Today and in the future.

What sets us apart

For us, reliability means acting dependably and responsibly at all times. We stand by our word and thus ensure the stability and continuity of the energy supply.

Efficiency is a key requirement in all our processes and decisions. We utilise resources efficiently and strive for sustainable solutions that create real added value.

Quality characterises our daily work - from planning and operation to customer service. High standards are a matter of course for us and guarantee safety and efficiency.

We demonstrate loyalty through trusting cooperation, both within the team and with our business partners. Mutual reliability creates a strong foundation for successful collaboration.

Esteem is not just an attitude for us, but a lived practice. We respect diversity, promote equality and foster open, respectful relationships at eye level.

We see communication as the key to success. Transparency, openness and active dialogue enable us to identify challenges at an early stage and develop viable solutions together.

Our team

Colourful, strong, committed

Whether you're an inventor, planner, project professional or organisational talent in the office - at our company, bright minds work together to ensure a safe and reliable gas transport.

Our dispatchers monitor the gas flow in the high-pressure network around the clock. They coordinate natural gas deliveries, evaluate reports in real time and initiate targeted measures if necessary. This is where all the threads of network control come together.

Electrical planners develop customised control solutions and ensure the reliable automation of systems.

Electricians install, maintain and service electrical components and ensure that all systems function smoothly and efficiently.

Measurement technicians programme volume correctors and meters, accompany custody transfer metering and ensure correct billing through continuous monitoring.

Mechanics are responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of mechanical components and ensure the trouble-free operation of all systems.

KKS specialists are responsible for cathodic corrosion protection - they plan, install and monitor protection systems that permanently protect piping systems against corrosion.

Our workshop is the hub for maintenance and assembly work. The work of our welders is particularly in demand: They work on our high-pressure pipes using state-of-the-art processes - with millimetre precision, tested and under the strictest safety regulations.

The route employees check our lines regularly - on foot, in a vehicle or by helicopter. They recognise changes in the terrain, monitor new construction projects and ensure that our network is also optimally maintained outside the stations.

In Applications Management, Asset Management, Finance, IT, Communication and Human Resources, qualified specialists ensure stable processes, efficient workflows and the further development of our organisation. Expertise is also required here - strategic, analytical and networked.

We are excellent

Friendly Workspace

At Ganeos, our employees can expect an attractive working environment. We focus on health, safety and well-being - as well as the opportunity to develop professionally and personally.

We are therefore also very proud to have achieved a fantastic 4th place in the category of companies with 50 to 99 employees in 2025.

We see this award as an incentive to continue working on ourselves and to constantly improve.

"Market Pay Equity" - Fair wages in a market comparison

The fair and market-driven remuneration of our employees is a key concern for us. This is why we review our salaries annually as part of an external benchmarking process.

For the first time, we are not only analysing the market position, but also the equal treatment of women and men - in a direct market comparison. This market pay equity analysis is voluntary and supplements the federal government's legally required equal pay analysis, which applies to companies with 100 or more employees. By participating in the voluntary analysis, we are emphasising our commitment to transparency, equal opportunities and a fair remuneration culture.
